Unbearable return/exchange process
Their return/exchange process is unbearable. They make it seem like it would be easy, but it's not. I tried to return some items and shop right away. Ended up choosing more items than what my exchange would be and also had a gift card. Guess what? Can't use the gift card within the exchange process. I tried reaching out to the help line and when I pointed out how unfair that was, they went offline and stopped responding. That is ridiculous. I won't be shopping there anymore. UPDATE: Even better? As soon as I ordered, I was notified that they didn't actually have the item I wanted in stock.
