Terrible returns process & even worse customer service
Collected item from evri collection point on Wed 3pm, got home within the hour, opened package & eye cream seal was broken on the item and clearly been opened previously. Immediately took a picture (with packaging in background) & looked online for returns info. Had to message about issue as no way to automatically request return. Reply immediately asking to send image of issue, which did by return & then asked to send more info re batch / lot number, which I did again immediately. Explaining needed to be returned as no way would I use an opened product on my eyes! Chased yesterday am as going away from today, only to be told needs 2-3 days to investigate!!! Nothing to investigate, item was not new when recieved, reported immediately sending pictorial evidence & absolutely cannot use & need to return. Just repeated that process takes 2-3 days and I’d be contacted. Terrible customer service, in direct violation of consumer laws & disgusted at lack of urgency & care about a nearly £40 product (with discount) recieved unable to be used. Avoid!
