After seeing a neat install job done in a friends house it was a good reference point to engage with them with the initial email and quick follow up phone call from Will Kelly giving some reassurance on how the system would intergrate with our existing water softener and scheduling in the call out for the following week. They kept in touch over phone and messages until the technician arrived who installed everything perfectly and showed how it all worked. Nearly a week on, we can notice the difference in water quality for drinking and making tea to allow us finally discard our brita jugs. Would recommend these guys, they are professional and great to deal with in offering a quality service.
