I got better reception tying 2 can…

I got better reception tying 2 can tigers with a long string. Was told they were no known tower issues. So why don’t I get service when I leave my house? Literally no answer from the Georgetown Ky store. Was told my iPhone 13 pro max was the issue!? Funny, cause it worked fine before T mobile, worked fine after I left t- mobile. Calling 611 is a crap shoot if you can even get an English speaker. Horrible service in Scott County Kentucky
