We arrived on Sunday the 9th a little early so drove around we were lucky room was ready for 4. We walk in the ceiling was stained and still popcorn ceilings. The 3 different floorings for a one bedroom condo was discouraging. The bed was made but not very inviting as no comforter on the bed just sheets and a blanket. The remotes in the bedroom had no batteries. The bathroom tub had cracks we thought we were going to go thru the tub. The shower head was so old it it looked dirty. The bathroom faucet was the same, no matter how much i tried to clean it, it looked the same. The counter in the bathroom was coming unglued. The carpet in the bedroom was coming apart as I thought it was dust bunnies in the corner. The living room ceiling fan made noise. The furniture was so uncomfortable and dated. The lamps didn't even match each other. The kitchen faucet leaked 24/7. The refrigerator had rust on the side. The floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes because our feet would get black. We have been to the phoenix a few times an have never had an issue but stayed in a different unit. The owner should be ashamed to charge that much money for this. Brett Robinson as a management company should hold the owners to a standard to rent these units out. Also, during this pandemic, the elevators should be wiped down hourly. We brought napkins with us to touch the buttons as it looked liked it hasn't been wiped in months. Whoever your cleaning crew is, get new ones. Especially during this time. Your expecting your guest to wear mask while your cleaning crew walks around with no mask. One even got in the elevator with us. We are renewing our vows next April and have already booked at the Phoenix 2. Kind of rethinking it now. We may be switching.
