A brilliant service… House sold in 8 weeks!
We chose Ramsey Moore to sell our house after obtaining valuations from 3 other estates agents. We had been following the local property sales market for some time and were already aware that Ramsey Moore had been successful at selling some neighbouring properties in good time and at a very good prices. On valuation day, Derek came over and impressed us with his knowledgeable and relatable approach to marketing. Of all the other companies that had given us valuations, Derek was the only one who seemed to pick up on our main priority - a very quick sale - whereas others were more focused on going through the normal process of open marketing. Even before we signed up with Ramsey Moore, Derek had made phone calls and found us a buyer. Of course, we signed a contract with them and, even though we had a buyer, our property was still marketed as a ‘plan B’. Thankfully, the ‘plan A’ worked out and the house was sold in 8 weeks. Derek worked efficiently and effectively with the solicitors and gave them a friendly nudge, when necessary. He kept us informed and updated at all times.
