PRIMO IS NOT....!
When PRIMO acquired/merged with ReadyRefresh, customer service as a whole disappeared. We changed water companies after three (3) weeks without water delivery. Deliveries are cancelled without notice ~~ simply rolling on their website to the next business day. Even after I finally received a return telephone call and was given a confirmation number and date certain that the empty bottles would be picked up, the empty bottles and the cooler have not been picked up. This company is a disaster on steriods...!
