The Manager (Kenneth) at the Embassy Suites Hotel 60 West 37th Street, New York, NY went above and beyond to accomodate my sister and I while we were in New York. They met all of our needs helped us during a very difficult time (our mother was hospitalized while we were in New York for a Cruise. long story short, no cruise, just wonderful people surrounding us at the Embassy Suites, Manhattan - the week of September 16 - 24, 2022! We highly recommend this hotel as your next stopping place while in New York City!
