Bad customer service from UPS
Bad customer service from UPS 27/09/23 my parcel UK-New Caledonia was picked on time from UK. I tracked the parcel to Koeln Germany, Paris CDG France, Philadelphia, Louisville, Honolulu USA till Botany in Australia then no movement for several days. 11/10/23 I enquired to UPS but no reply. WWP however answered same email very fast and was very helpful in contacting UPS on my behalf as I received an email the same day ensuring me that UPS brokers were doing their upmost to clear the parcel… however… 19/10/23 Parcel was taken back to USA (missed aircraft transfer?) and then travelled back to Botany Australia, again to get stuck for several days. In clearance? I would not know as the communication with UPS was NON-EXISTANT. No reply to my emails - just a generic thank you for your enquiry + case number which was never followed by them. It was eventually cleared on the 3/11/23 I understand that anything can happen to a parcel going through several customs but I don’t understand bad communication. I will go back to DHL even if more expensive because their communication is top. WWP is very good however, helpful and answering emails/queries very fast and appropriately.
