Extremely Poor Delivery Service - Lost Items and Delayed Delivery
I had the worst experience with this delivery service. I sent my delivery on 23rd April 2024, but it wasn’t delivered until November, and even then, two of my bags were missing. The remaining two bags were eventually delivered in December, but they arrived with a lot of valuable items missing. Every time I tried to contact their customer service, either no one responded, or when they did, I was given vague excuses like “it will be delivered soon” or told to “file a claim.” This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Think a hundred times before trusting them with your delivery – I would never recommend their service to anyone!
