Unfortunately the item was sold to me including a next day delivery fee as it was a birthday gift. It was purchased on a Saturday with a delivery promised for the next day. What the staff were unaware of was that that there was no ‘Sunday’ delivery available. The item was delivered a day late, however the fee was refunded in full at the Exeter store.
