I booked a cruise back in February for April using a buyagift voucher. It was obviously cancelled. I got little help initially from buyagift but then managed to contact City Cruises. They were extremely helpful. As I live in Bristol the cruise in London was now of no use. After originally offering me a voucher, they happily e-mailed buyagift authorising a full cash refund which has now been received. It was good to see a company 'doing the right thing' when they could have hidden behind the small print and insisted on a voucher. If we can resurrect our long weekend in London next year - I would certainly try to use this Company again.
