Megan was brilliant she helped me all the way through with my dispute with Octopus energy They hounded me with there continued energy readers although I changed my energy supplier month's after I left them coming on my property stamping all over my shrubs and flowers Megan is a real credit to Ombudsman I thank her so much I got a apology from them in writing admitting there continued mistakes and a £50 gesture Thank you Megan thank you Ombudsman.
