Watch out for SmoothPay
Be really careful when you sign up for SmoothPay!!!!! The weekly/fortnightly/monthly amount you pay ISN'T everything they are charging you. The moment you leave your property, change providers or stop paying SmoothPay, you HAVE TO PAY THE OPENING BALANCE!!! Even though your invoice emails say to 'Ignore the amount' above. You shouldn't!! It's money you owe them.
