Order on Saturday placed on the ground…
Order on Saturday placed on the ground outside of my house on the ground. Luckily I saw the delivery. Another order on Saturday, order never came. I ordered Monday, order never came. Customer service responds quickly but did not see credit on missed order Saturday on Monday order. Very disappointing. A few weeks ago, ordered from pit room and got order from a different barbecue place that was inferior. No more ordering from favor.
