Frustrating Experience: SI-FI Scanner Error 500 and Unusable iAmAcademy App
Issue 1: SI-FI Scanner Error 500 Since November 10, 2024 - I have been encountering a persistent Error 500 with the SI-FI scanner. Initially, I believed this was a temporary maintenance issue; however, it has now continued for several days without resolution. This error has hindered my ability to use the scanner effectively. Issue 2: iAmAcademy App Blank Screen - Additionally, the iAmAcademy app has remained completely blank since I downloaded it. This problem has rendered the app unusable from day one, preventing me from accessing the resources I am entitled to as a subscriber. As a paying customer, I am extremely disappointed with my experience, as I am unable to fully utilize the services provided. I kindly request urgent assistance to resolve these issues so that I can make the most of my subscription.
