Purcahase as First time buyers
We recently exchanged contracts on a property dealt by Bruvis Hiew and Alex Searby. The experience was very pleasant. We had lot of doubts as we were First time buyers, Bruvis made sure to answer every question in detail and he was very patient.I always contact Bruvis if I feel stuck in the process, he was quick to talk to all parties involved (incl. solicitor) and give me an update. Alex was very helpful, co-ordinating multiple viewings, answering all the questions, going above and beyond for a viewing that lasted more than an hour. Bruvis's timely communication in such a long and exhausting process is what really struck a cord with me and I will happily contact them again, if need arises.
