Do not Rent! The carpet is stained and soiled
The carpet is stained and soiled. The bathroom vanity is rotting at the base. The tangled cables hanging from the wall mount tv appears to have beed installed by less than a professional technician. The furniture has been broken, poorly repaired and should be replaced. The wall clock doesn't have hands on FB it. The 'radio, disc and tape player stereo does not work and is circa 1980ish. The refrigerator froze our food. Refrigerator was replaced but no offer to compensate our loss. The office staff needs basic 'hospitality training'. Sorry for the truthful review. Unit 201 is very disappointing and no one should rent it until improvements are made
