Victor Michael agency strives to be the best
I have been a landlord using Victor Michael letting agency for about ten years now. Over this time I have been able to depend on Victor himself for for the great advice concerning my property and the market trends. Prior to this I had been like an unfounded mini version of the welfare state with tenants and contractors taking the Mick. I have learnt the hard way that it is essential to have a great team of professionals behind you when you are a landlord. Although I have my own list of tradesmen, they are not always available at the time needed in an emergency. In most cases it is cheaper to use one of the agencies' tradesmen anyway. The agency has developed over the years to have the most up to date communication systems. Issues are raised and communicated to all parties instantly and landlords are kept up to date with all the latest compliance regulations. Friends of mine who have properties have used Victor Michael on my recommendation and have also had s good experience. I have found all the staff, Abu, Victor, Victoria, Piyush, George and absolutely everyone whom I've ever dealt with over the years to be polite and friendly and always very helpful. P. C
