Excellent product, difficult delivery service

I cannot recommend the product and the customer service from Monkey Nutrition highly enough. I had ordered just as they had run out of a product but they very quickly resolved this by arranging delivery of 3 smaller products and discounting the price. All sorted within an hour. I do find the delivery process difficult as the courier sends you an email about an hour before they are arriving at the property; although i only work a short journey from my house it makes it impossible to arrange to be in at the correct time. Surely an (am or pm) time could be allocated ?
