Provided hope during a very dark time
When I reached out to PayPlan and then received a phone call back, that first person I spoke to was so perfectly matched for what I needed on that first phone call. The caller was non-judgemental, kind, patient and empathetic. They were able to listen and gather all the necessary information. They then passed me onto an advisor who could put all the information together and provide a number of viable solutions. This person, again, was perfect for what I needed. They were so up-beat and positive and also kind and warm. And it made me feel hopeful that everything was going to be okay. I can't thank PayPlan enough for their help. It is literally changing the trajectory of my life and that of my family's.
