Poor Customer Service
I ordered some bit which was needed for an urgent job and paid for next day delivery. The order did not arrive and when I had to enquire a few days later I was advised that the order was delayed as some of the bits are out of stock. Instead of sending what was in stock the whole order got held back causing me to reschedule my customer appointment. I had to chase my order, not email to advise me to the delay.
