Excellent customer service....
Delivery was fast and product was exactly as expected. Beautiful item. There was a very small imperfection in one part of the item I ordered so I contacted PLH via their website, they were incredibly quick to respond (within 10 minutes) and there was no question or delay in offering a replacement. The replacement was sent the same day. Beautiful new mugs for our new kitchen and excellent customer service. Thank you PLH.
