Absolute trash.
Absolute trash since they moved to a third party shipping method. Im still waiting for an item I ordered December 8th. It says it's been out for delivery since December 20th and I still haven't received the item. I emailed about it and they said due to the holiday and COVID-19 it could be delayed. I have had no problem receiving packages from anyone else. They told me they could reship it but I've been waiting for it over 3 weeks so I just went to a local shop and bought one. I asked for a refund and they said they would keep me updated and revert my payment when the investigation was completed and the package was reverted back to them 👎 very dissatisfied
