Falling apart mouldy store fridges and shocking in house deliveries
Ordered an order for delivery at half 3 to be delivered anytime from 4-5pm. At 5pm I received a text saying it would be delayed. At half 5 I rang customer service, no apology and was told she would chase it with the store and I should not cancel. She said she’d ring me back. 40 minutes after this I received an email saying my order was cancelled with no explaination. I wouldn’t have been so angry if I had received an apology and the whole process from ordered to cancellation took 2 hours. I ended up going to the store to get the food myself and the freezer end cap broke and it was full of mouldy food and was broke. I’ve seen this with the freezers in another store. Put me off
