I’ve used cruise 1st in the past always ok but seam to have changed for the worse never again lost £398 deposit and the cheek the wanted another £75 cancellation fee which was NOT in any of my documents sent me very disappointed to say the least was looking forward to this 3 week holiday but no way was flying on Turkish Airlines with no option of premium economy we was told when booking normally Singapore Airlines Qatar or Emirates I’ll keep my custom with cruise.co.uk for future cruises also now you can not speak to customer services or cancellation team in person it’s via email disgusting service
