Nightmare
Nightmare! I completed a switch to this company, received a welcome email, set up a Direct Debit and waited for a request for meter readings in a month or so. My previous company Avro Energy had objected to the switch, but omitted to tell me (the switch request arrived to them just before a direct debit payment was due so my account was marginally in debit). This was easily put right. In the meantime they continued to consider me their customer and draw their direct debit payments. Economy Energy were also drawing DD payments (£414.75 in all) whilst not supplying me with energy. Despite repeated requests I have not yet received a refund. I do not recommend this company.
