Grocery delivery HEB that were delivered by Favor
I ordered groceries from HEB that were suppose to be delivered between 5:30-6:30 and at 6:30 I hadn’t even received an update that they were on their way. At 6:50 I received a text saying they were on their way. After texting the driver Kimberly directly with the phone number Favor provided. She said she had a few more stops before coming to me. I told her I had items that were frozen and need to be put in the freezer. She basically said too bad and when she delivered my items the ice cream was opened up in the bag and completely melted along with the ice cream sandwich’s which were no longer sandwich’s because it melted and were squished in the bag. When I messaged her about this she told me I did that myself. I contacted HEB about the issue and am waiting for a response. Also contacted Favor with no response.
