STAY AWAY TERRIBLE !!!
I have been a customer for over 20 years and cannot believe how rubbish the customer service has become. There are no phone lines to talk to anyone (was always a really good support in times of need). Support tickets take forever to be answered - one of mine took over a week! Due to the terrible customer service, I have reluctantly decided to cease some of my services and look elsewhere - I have been locked out of access to my emails. After finally finding a browser that would support LIVE CHAT I got to chat to someone who said they would escalate my problem. I am still waiting 3 days later. This is the worst service. I can't believe I am being treated so poorly after 20 years! You are in the hands of a chat responder and have to pray that they can give you the time to get your issue resolved or you are just left without access. When you do get to chat to someone I am sure they are doing their best. We are having to set up other email accounts and advise people. Unbelievable. I have no idea if this will get resolved. I am on chat now and praying. Heart used to be such a good company to deal with. I believe they are owned by Go Daddy and I can't get to speak to anyone there.
