The ParcelABC does not know where the parcel is
I handed the parcel to the courier. That is, my parcel was picked up by the courier. The parcel is a gold cross, a gift for my brother. The next morning I receive an e-mail from ParcelABC:" Hello, Thank you for choosing Parcel ABC. It seems that your parcel was not collected or it was picked up with a new tracking number. Could you please send us a collection confirmation, that was left by a courier? If the parcel was not collected, on when would you require us to schedule a new collection? Best regards," I have photo of both the parcel with the sticker and the courier who picked up the parcel. ParcelABC do not give You any document on the basis of which You could go to court. My lawyer says that based on their conditions, if ParcelABC lose the parcel, the compensation process will cost ,through the court, more expensive than insurance of 200 euros. At this point in time, I have not yet received a response from the company to my questions. Comments will be updated...
