Don't fall for their trial scam
As everyone else said, we signed up for the cheap trial after seeing their advertisement and were assured that we could cancel if we don't like it. Once they have your credit card details, the steal a hefty amount off your credit card. The worst part is that Cluey is based in the Philippines but they lie and say it's based in Sydney, so you're not even protected by Australian consumer laws. You have to just report the funds stolen and get your back to issue a new credit card. All the positive reviews are fake reviews written by their Philippines employees and not by real parents. Don't fall for this foreign scam run by Filipinos. Also, the girl who took the tutoring session was a teenager, not the qualified teacher they promise you you're getting when you hand over your credit card. As for their platform, it looks like it was made 20 years ago. It's old, clunky and badly designed.
