Reciprocal Exchange and Clear Boundaries
Following my discovery, agreement and contract with Ad Hoc, they have facilitated a movement that allows myself, a Property Guardian, and the Property Owners, both flexibility and security. Their method of communication is respectful and helpful. Ad Hoc allow me to live in a property 'as if' I was tending to my own place. Meaning, they trust me to make the place feel like home. They are also considerate in how they place the guardians in proximity to one another, allowing for space, privacy and a developing community. I have also cultivated a practical correspondence with the onsite caretaker and have contributed to the resolution of minor issues that come about as a result of living in a shared environment. As a consequence to these factors, I take great pride in guarding, maintaining and beautifying the space, both indoors and outdoors. The exchange is reasonable and fair with all parties contributing in reciprocation. I pay a fair amount each month and ensure the safety of the house. In return I receive a functional, enjoyable and comfortable living situation, where boundaries and clear communication are respected. I look forward to developing and furthering my relationship with Ad Hoc, in my role as Property Guardian.
