Clearly my experience is an outlier
Clearly my experience is an outlier…..but you can only comment as you find. The initial response to my enquiry was promising resulting in conv with an agent during which I provided a rough spec for a holiday in Chile. The agent explained they were to be going on a vacation after which I would be called so as to progress matters ….that never happened. As a consequence a 3-week holiday has been booked via a competitor, taking in Brazil, Argentina and Chile
