Awful experience
Awful experience! Booked a short flight in the Philippines which cost me over $150 this back back in March 2020. Unfortunately Covid happened and I am still yet to receive my refund. Timeframes to receive kept being pushed back and lies we’re told. It’s now been just under 2 years, they have operated flights as normal yet I can’t get a reply about my own money! Straight theft
