The team that contacted me did a great job of collecting all the required information and creating the necessary document to send to Sort my Debt. However, the first 'Financial specialist' I talked to did not give me all the information regarding how to get the required documents to you. The second 'Financial specialist' also did not give me all the information. He was sure the problem was on my end with regards to the email not allowing me to send my documents. I was left with the choice of finding someone with 'Whatsapp' or sending them by post. The third 'Financial specialist' introduced me to your courier service. The first appointment was not honoured, apparently they turned up but got no answer. I was there the whole time and I know full well no one came. However, someone did arrive for the second appointment and things were eventually handled.
