Return/refund timeframe not acceptable
I’ve been shopping with Silkfred since 2017 and I’m really disappointed with the return and refund process, no improvements seem to have been made at all in the last 8 years. You still have to print return labels! This is quite inconvenient, especially as I have been without a printer for a while. When my returned items were received I was told my money would be refunded within 14 working days…19 working days later still nothing. My items were received 4th and 5th June. It’s now 2nd July. That’s almost a month! This experience alone has put me off shopping with Silkfred again. I would rather shop direct with brands. £52 for a dress, paying extra for delivery from Silkfred or £52 from the brand with free delivery and swift refund. It’s a no brainer. Sorry Silkfred, your platform is outdated and can’t keep up with other sellers.
