Unbelievable False Advertising
I just received my order# 16710 for one pink and one blue ‘Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs’, and I firmly believe they are NOT the product in your advertisement. The following is YOUR ADVERTISEMENT...what you offered for sale for $19.99 each… . . . . . . "Experience the beauty of nature in every sip with Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs. Each mug is skillfully crafted to highlight the natural elegance of its gemstone design, making it both a functional and decorative addition to your kitchen. Handcrafted Quality: Crafted with precision, these mugs are polished to emphasize the mineral’s natural details for a high-quality finish. Durable and Versatile: Suitable for a variety of beverages, these mugs maintain both hot and cold temperatures thanks to the natural insulating properties of the minerals. The photo in your advertisement depicts the cups being formed and crafted from actual mineral crystal. Your Specification actually STATES they are “Made from Mineral Crystal”. BUT THEY ARE NOT! They are simple molded PLASTIC. Your Specifications state “Each mug stands approximately 4.5” tall, with a 12-15 once capacity. These statements are COMPLETELY FALSE! Each mug stands only 3” tall, with only a tiny 4 once capacity. Also, the cups each have a VERY loose-fitting metal liner (not shown in your advertisement) which quickly falls out anytime the cup is tipped - burning you when you are trying to drink a hot cup of coffee from them. Your advertisement says “These mugs are polished to emphasize the mineral natural details for a high quality finish”. Again, completely FALSE; no polishing - just simple unpolished molded plastic. As if I needed another reason to be completely dissatisfied, the BLUE color on the ‘blue’ cup, is actually green, with 3 crude blue circles PAINTED on the green plastic. How you can advertise photos of those beautiful cups - and then send what amounts to garbage, is beyond me. FALSE ADVERTISING ISN’T A STRONG ENOUGH DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR ACTIONS. I request a return label for this, plus another for my order# 16829 for another two 'Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs’ - which has not arrived yet. I am now certain the additional order will ALSO contain two tiny 4 ounce plastic cups with very unsafe loose metal liners. Also, one more for the 3rd order I placed for the "Stanley Cup", which was instead a knockoff worth maybe a couple of dollars - NOT a genuine Stanley, for which I've paid you $50.00, plus shipping cost. What kind of company are you RUNNING, anyway?
