Never again…
Had return trip Frankfurt-Calgary- Frankfurt Nov 22, 2024 to Dec 13, 2024. First trip delayed for 1h. Cabin crew was always very polite & helpful but left me without food. But the flight was not the worst. What was the worst experience - the pre boarding in Calgary airport. Ground service the worst I had anywhere. Rude, arrogant, unfriendly staff, not helpful at all.. Never again Discover..
