Shocking way to treat customers
My delivery was confirmed to be Friday 23 June, after originally being told it would be Wednesday 21 June. The delivery was due between 8am and 5pm, at 3.30 I chased as I'd heard nothing. They called back 40 minutes later and said they'd try to speak to the supplier. Finally called back at 4.30 and said the delivery wouldn't be happening and it would now be the following Wednesday. Best bit - apart from the obvious - it'll be 3-5 working days to get a refund. Shocking way to treat customers.
