Ordered the Hugo sofa bed online from searching. We booked express delivery so we could have it delivered to a bedroom. From ordering to delivery everyone and everything was spot on. Took just over four days for us to receive. Delighted with the sofa and seems to be easy pull out bed. Just a knack to getting the back up once it’s been a bed. Very firm sofa so you do need mattress topper make it comfier. All in all very good product at very good price.
