Order something 7 days ago online for store pickup website says in stock, almost immediately it got cancelled citing out stock. I tried use ship to store for pickup option got email saying will notify when there, then customer service emails saying they don't do that even though website says they do. Checked today site still says in store for pickup. Very bad customer service and poor communication and business practices with franchise and head office
