I've held a Heart Internet Reseller account for almost 20 years, but I'm leaving them. After years of increasingly slow or poor tech support, and mediocre server performance, I’ve had enough. Also, not offering free, basic SSL is very poor. I've contacted their support recently about a billing issue and it’s now been 5 days and the issue persists. Cannot recommend
