What a disgusting company i bought a brand new pure air 4 pro off them i fully charged for 10 hours as stated in instructions it rode for 1.5 miles , they ignored my emails for ages then when I returned it refused to refund me I had to do a charge back with Mastercard to get my money back and they even tried disputing that ...pure air? Pure joke more like
