WARNING - $19.88 deducted from my credit card without consent
WARNING: Grubby deducted $19.88 without my consent, and they didn't reimburse me this amount. It seems, I have to escalate this. Case: I paid for 1 month subscription. But the Grubby system didn't work on my laptop. It was full of bugs and error messages popping up here and there. So I wanted to cancel the subscription. During the cancellation process, their system offered me 1 month subscription for free, starting after my paid subscription. So I fell for it, trusted them, and reconsidered my cancellation, and agreed. I thought, ok, let's give them a chance to fix this. However, I was very surprised after I saw that they didn't provide me that month for free, but deducted a 1-month fee of $19.88 instead. After contacting them maybe 6-7 times, I got 1 response (maybe after 1 week or so). But no solution. No money back. Nothing. No reaction. This looks like fraud in my eyes.
