Very fast service - excellent customer care
My order arrived on time and I was notified of the delivery well in advance. Unfortunately the container was damaged in shipment and I made a comment to this effect. TC Fixings customer service responded immediately and have sent me a replacement container plus a refund of the shipping in compensation. Very fast and excellent service - have not received such good service from any supplier for more years than I can remember.
