I have been using Tessa's service for the last couple of years now. Landlord Law provides sensible and practical advice and guidance through their service. The video webinars are excellent for keeping me up to date. I have the Business level membership and find it to be excellent value. I use the example documentation, checklists and the Forum quite often and if I have issues or concerns. Most important thing is that Tessa really cares about her members and offers speedy, friendly, succinct and practical advice through the Forum, if needed.
