You have zero support

You have zero support! You send a transaction and then it goes into review. You get a notification that it will take a few minutes or a couple of hours. But the support isn’t manned and so far nothing has been done by the is incompetent company for over 12 hours! Do t use this company for sending crypto! Just garbage service!
