Chetwood Bank - No Savings Tax Certificates
I just learned Chetwood Bank do not supply Tax certificates on their savings accounts. Why?, its such a small, teeny weeny service to offer. This means when you are preparing your self assessment tax return, you have to download and faff about with downloading data into an excel spreadsheet to prove the amount of interest received. This is the first time in my experience I have discovered this, in over twenty years of making self assessment tax returns and using savings tax certificates to do so. As a relaitively new bank you seem to have much to learn, do you really think making a customers' life more difficult helps with customer retention?
