Birmingham premium drop of ripping…

Birmingham premium drop of ripping customers off with fining them £100 or £16 if payed today. Even when have account with car registration and bank card attached to pay for drop off at airport. Even rung them with no answer saying your a 1 in the queue for 40 minutes. Payed the £16 online as made us nervous having a parking charge sent to my address, scare tactics used 7 minutes parking. Deadline passed and no reply to my email you asked for, now can't reply below so editing post with this info 30/04/25.

Excellent service well worth the money

Couldn't even get a driving test as test centre fully booked, had to go on dvla hold list. So signed up for deluxe version, with auto book, within 24hrs had messages finding and booking me test dates, within 32hrs they found me date next week. Even driving instructor was amazed with speed of finding earliest date of within a week.
