Non-existent customer service
3 day hire is actually a just under two day hire. Floor sander was faulty but 2 days of calls and no answer. No response to any emails sent over the days covered. Live link on website was impossible to find. Incorrect paper work with equipment If everything goes smoothly it might be fine(apart from timing) but terrible customer service.
